These terms explain the publishing service provided by Weekday Press, operating as Weekday Press (“the service”), to the business or website owner who accepts the service (“you”). By accepting the service, you confirm that you are authorized to approve content and access for the participating website.
1. The included service
For up to 12 months after onboarding, the included service is intended to provide:
- an initial website and search-opportunity audit with a prioritized work plan;
- two useful blog articles per week, subject to the publishing rules below;
- useful resource content when the audit identifies a fit, which may be a guide, checklist, comparison, template, or calculator;
- priority page improvements, one older blog article refresh per month, and low-risk cleanup when the required permission is available; and
- one weekly activity and search-progress report.
The calculator and later resource formats are adapted to the participating site, its audience, and the audit priorities.
Publishing schedules may change for holidays, corrections, site outages, owner inactivity, or quality review. If you have not opened or acted on service emails for 60 days, the cadence may be reduced to one article per week.
2. The publishing trade
One weekly article is written for topics important to your readers. The second weekly article is our publishing slot. It must still be useful and relevant to your audience, and it links to a relevant resource site in our own network. That weekly slot is how the service is paid for. No invoice, ever.
We generally add no more than approximately three resource-site links to a participating website across the relationship. A link may appear inside our weekly article or as a clearly labeled next step in useful resource content, including a calculator when appropriate. You see the exact destination before publishing.
The service will not use your website for unrelated promotions or for gambling, cannabis, cryptocurrency, or adult content. A resource link will not appear before you have approved two posts. The third post is the earliest article that may contain one.
Google states that exchanging services for links can fall within its link-spam policy. Search policies and treatment can change. We do not promise ranking value or the absence of policy risk. See Google’s spam policies.
3. Publishing approval
The standard starting plan requires explicit approval for the first three posts. Beginning with the fourth post, each review email states the proposed publishing date and gives you at least three full days to approve sooner, pause the post, or request a change. If you do not act during that period, the post may publish on the stated date.
You may switch to the three-day publishing window at any time, including before the third post, or switch back to requiring approval. Automatic publishing begins only after you deliberately choose that setting or confirm the standard starting plan. Silence never authorizes publishing while your setting is “Ask me first.”
The same approval rules apply to reader-first articles and publishing-slot articles. For seven days after a post publishes, the service will provide a one-click way to remove it. After seven days, you may still request a correction or removal by emailing hello@weekdaypress.com.
4. Your editorial control
You may reject a topic, request reasonable edits, hold a scheduled post, or stop the service. The service may decline a requested statement that is unsupported, misleading, unlawful, or outside the agreed content scope.
Approval applies to the version shown to you. The service will not make a material undisclosed change after approval, except for urgent corrections, security fixes, formatting repairs, or removal of material that creates a legal or factual concern. When practical, you will be told about a material correction.
5. Website and data access
The service uses only the level of access needed for the agreed work. Onboarding may request a WordPress Contributor account or publishing plugin for drafts and scheduled posts, read-only Search Console access for reporting, and limited plugin permission for low-risk cleanup on blog content.
The included service does not require hosting billing, domain registrar, advertising, payment, or full administrator credentials. You are responsible for your own backups, hosting, domain, security, and administrator accounts. You may remove access at any time; doing so may pause work that depends on it.
6. Content and tool ownership
After delivery, you may keep and continue displaying the articles, resource content, and completed edits created specifically for your website, including after the service ends. You may edit or remove them.
The service retains ownership of its general methods, templates, software, and reusable know-how. If a calculator or other software-based resource is delivered, you receive a continuing license to use it on the participating website. You may not resell it as a standalone product without written permission.
You promise that materials you provide—such as logos, photographs, documents, and business claims—may lawfully be used for this work.
7. Optional paid work
Optional work begins only after you approve its scope and price. Starting prices are estimates, not a quote for every site. An approved written scope controls if it conflicts with a public starting price. Failure to pay may pause paid work but does not transfer control of your website to the service.
8. Educational content and resources
Articles and resources provide general educational information. They are not legal, tax, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Any calculated results depend on the information entered and may not reflect every cost, rule, or real-world condition.
9. Corrections and site safety
The service will correct confirmed factual errors brought to its attention. Included cleanup is limited to changes designed not to affect the broader site. Work involving themes, plugins, navigation, service pages, hosting, security, or broader structure requires separate approval.
No website service can guarantee uninterrupted operation. If a change appears to cause a problem, the service may pause work, revert its change when possible, or ask you to restore a backup.
10. Stopping the service
You may stop at any time by emailing hello@weekdaypress.com. There is no cancellation fee for the included service. New publishing and scheduled work will stop within a reasonable period.
The service may pause or end participation for abuse, unlawful requests, security concerns, repeated inability to contact an authorized owner, loss of necessary access, material breach, or a site or topic that no longer fits. Ending does not require you to remove content or resources already delivered, subject to section 6.
11. No guaranteed results
The service is designed to improve qualified search visibility by prioritizing and completing work identified through the audit. It does not guarantee a particular ranking, traffic increase, lead volume, revenue result, or timetable. Weekly reports describe completed work and available data; they are not promises of future performance.

Material changes will be dated and communicated to active participants before they take effect. Changes will not retroactively remove your right to keep work already delivered.
